On December 6, 2019, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe received a courtesy call at the Prime Minister's Office from Mr. Tomikazu Fukuda, Governor of Tochigi Prefecture, Mr. Kazuhiko Oigawa, Governor of Ibaraki Prefecture, and Mr. Ichita Yamamoto, Governor of Gunma Prefecture, on classical swine fever (CSF; hog cholera) countermeasures.
