Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the graduation ceremony at the Japan Coast Guard School in Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture.
Prime Minister Abe first observed the procession and then delivered a congratulatory address at the graduation ceremony. Following this, the Prime Minister planted a commemorative tree and attended a commemorative photograph session.
