On September 26 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is visiting New York in the United States to attend the 69th General Assembly of the United Nations (UN), met with Mr. Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States, at a hotel in the city, and then attended a High-Level Meeting on peacekeeping operations (PKOs) held at the Headquarters of the UN.
