Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.
During the meeting, a message of condolence was read on the passing of His Imperial Highness Prince Katsura. Then, following the passage of the FY2011 and FY2012 audits, and other matters, the Prime Minister delivered an address concerning a warning issued to the Cabinet.
