Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited the Republic of Djibouti.
During his visit the Prime Minister observed the Self-Defense Forces (SDF) base in Djibouti and delivered an address to the SDF personnel.
In the afternoon he held talks with President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, after which he received a courtesy call from Ms. Saadia Abdo Osman, Principal of College de Fukuzawa, a junior high school in Djibouti.
