Second Day of the Prime Minister's Visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, who is visiting the Kingdom of Bahrain, held a meeting with members of the Japanese and Bahraini business communities at a hotel in Manama, after which he received a courtesy call from Commander John W. Miller of the Combined Maritime Forces, which is involved in anti-piracy operations off Somalia.
In the afternoon, the Prime Minister attended a meeting at Sakhir Palace with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and attended a luncheon hosted by King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The Prime Minister later visited the Bahrain National Museum, received a greeting by the principal of the Japanese School in Bahrain at a hotel in Manama, and met with technical college students of Japan's disaster-hit areas who are currently training in Bahrain.
