Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, during his visit to Yokohama to attend the Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD V), held talks with African leaders.
The Prime Minister held meetings, respectively, with Mr. Salva Kiir, President of the Republic of South Sudan, Mr. John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, Mr. Armando Emilio Guebuza, President of the Republic of Mozambique, Mr. Alassane Ouattara, President of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, Mr. Blaise Compaore?, President of Burkina Faso, and lastly with Mr. Abdelkader Bensalah, President of the Council of the Nation of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.
