The Prime Minister Receives a Courtesy Call from the Japanese American Leadership Delegation

Prime Minister Shinzo Abe received a courtesy call at the Prime Minister's Office from 11 Japanese American leaders who play an active role in the United States in various fields.
The Prime Minister said in his address,
"I welcome the delegation, comprised of those who play an active role in the United States in various fields. At the same time, I express my deep gratitude towards the wide variety of support given for the recovery and reconstruction from the Great East Japan Earthquake. It is human exchange that serves as the fundamental basis for the Japan-U.S. relationship, and I would like to ask for your continued effort in developing the relationship between the two countries."
