Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.

During the session, an explanation was provided by Mr. Mitsuhide Iwaki, Chairman of the Committee on Rules and Administration, on the resolution to protest against the third nuclear test by North Korea, which was approved as a result of voting. Following this, the Prime Minister delivered an address on the resolution.
