Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended a meeting of the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives in the morning, and the plenary session of the House of Representatives in the afternoon.
In the Budget Committee of the House of Representatives, debate on the FY2012 supplementary budget took place. The Committee then voted on and approved the supplementary budget.
In the plenary session of the House of Representatives, debate on the FY2012 supplementary budget took place. The House then voted and passed the supplementary budget.
