Congratulatory Letter from Prime Minister TAKAICHI to H.E. Mr. JETTEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

On February 23, Ms. TAKAICHI Sanae, Prime Minister of Japan, sent a congratulatory letter to H.E. Mr. Rob JETTEN, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, who assumed the office of Prime Minister upon the formation of a new government in the Netherlands.
In the letter, Prime Minister TAKAICHI mentioned that both countries are strategic partners that share values and principles, and stated that she hopes to work with Prime Minister Jetten to further develop the relationship between the two countries based on the Japan-Netherlands Action Plan 2025 announced last year. Prime Minister TAKAICHI also stated that she would like to cooperate closely with the Netherlands in areas such as security and economic security amid the current difficult international situation.
