On October 31, 2025 (local time), Prime Minister Takaichi, who is visiting Gyeongju, Republic of Korea, to attend the APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation) Economic Leaders’ Meeting, attended the first session of the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting. Thereafter, she received a proposal from the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC). Subsequently, she held a summit meeting with H.E.
