On November 17, 2024 (local time), during his visit to the Republic of Peru, Prime Minister Ishiba attended a welcome ceremony hosted by the Peruvian Nikkei Association, where he delivered a speech. Following this, he attended a welcome ceremony at the Presidential Palace and held talks with H.E. Ms. Dina Boluarte, President of the Republic of Peru.
