On April 15, 2024, Prime Minister Kishida was presented with requests by Mr. Suzuki Naomichi, Governor of Hokkaido, Mr. Tomihara Akira, Speaker of the Hokkaido Legislative Assembly, and Mr. Abe Kunio, President of the Hokkaido Federation of Fisheries Cooperative Associations, at the Prime Minister’s Office.
