On June 21, 2023, Prime Minister Kishida held the first meeting of the Headquarters for the Overall Review of My Number Information at the Prime Minister’s Office.
At the meeting, the participants engaged in discussions on recent My Number-related incidents and initiatives of the relevant ministries and agencies regarding the overall review to ensure the accuracy of information linkage via My Number.
