On December 4, 2021, the Prime Minister visited Fukushima Prefecture.

The Prime Minister experienced local brewing in Aizuwakamatsu remotely at SmartCityAiCT, followed by his review of a super-large screen remote conference system. Then he sat down to talk with a small group of people, visited a store adopting a vaccine passport system, and made an inspection tour regarding a delivery service utilizing autonomous driving robots.

In the afternoon, the Prime Minister visited a smartphone class in the children’s hall in Kanagawa-machi and conducted an inspection tour regarding a ride-sharing service. Afterwards, the Prime Minister spoke to the press regarding his visit to Fukushima Prefecture and other matters.
