On October 8, 2021, the Prime Minister held an online meeting at the Prime Minister’s Office with Dr. MANABE Syukuro, Princeton University Senior Meteorologist and JAMSTEC (Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology) fellow, who has been awarded the 2021 Nobel Prize in physics, and conveyed a congratulatory message to him.
