Headquarters for the Promotion of Special Zones for Structural Reform

The Headquarters for the Promotion of Special Zones for Structural Reform is an organization established on December 18, 2002, based on the Law on Special Zones for Structural Reform, in the purpose of setting special zones for structural reform where exceptions to regulations are established corresponding to the characteristics of the region, promoting structural reform in areas such areas as education, agriculture and social welfare, revitalizing local economies, and developing the national economy.
