The fifteenth meeting of the Overseas Economic Cooperation Council was held on May 1, 2008, from 9:00 to 10:00; Chief Cabinet Secretary, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Minister of Finance, Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, and Minister of State for Economic and Fiscal Policy attended the meeting.

2.	In the meeting, under the subject "ODA volume and quality," issues about ODA volume and quality were discussed in the context of the discussion in the sixth meeting (January, 2007) and Japan's hosting of TICAD and the G8 summit.
