Ministerial Council for 2005 World Exposition in Aichi Prefecture | |

1. | The Ministerial Council for 2005 World Exposition in Aichi Prefecture (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") shall be convened whenever necessary to hold consultations on important items related to the measures taken by the government to ensure the smooth preparations and operation of the 2005 World Exposition to be held in Aichi Prefecture. |
2. | The Council shall consist of the following members. The Director-General of the Cabinet Legislation Bureau and ministers of ministries and heads of agencies other than the members may, however, attend Council meetings where necessary to express their opinions. |

3. | The Chief Cabinet Secretary shall preside over the Council. |
4. | The administrative affairs of the Council shall be handled by the Cabinet Secretariat. |
