| Text (Outline) (Annex: Procedural Guidelines) Ministerial Meeting on Economic Measures | |
| 1. | The Ministerial Meeting on Economic Measures (hereinafter referred to as "the Meeting") shall be convened whenever necessary in order to respond to the rapidly changing economic situation both domestically and abroad and ensure an effective and flexible economic management. |
| 2. | The Meeting shall have as its members all cabinet ministers.
The Meeting may request the attendance of other concerned parties where necessary. |
| 3. | The Minister of State for Economic and Fiscal Policy shall preside over the Meeting. |
| 4. | The Meeting may request the attendance of experts to collect opinions on technical items necessary for consultations. |
| 5. | The administrative affairs of the Meeting shall be handled by the Cabinet Secretariat, with the help of the Cabinet Office. |
