Scouts awarded the Fuji Badge paid a courtesy call on Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori at the Prime Minister's Official Residence. The Fuji Bage is awarded by the Scout Association of Japan, to venture Scouts with an exemplary record of Scout activities. The Prime Minister congratulated the recipients, adding, "I sincerely hope that, gaining still further experience through Scout activities, you will make your mark on the world as well-rounded Japanese full of creativity."
