On January 11, Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi sent a congratulatory message to President-elect of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, who won the presidential election held in Ukraine on December 26, 2004. The following is an outline of the message, which was sent via the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine. | |
