Prime Minister Appoints Parliamentary Secretaries Thursday, September 30, 2004 Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi delivered the letters of appointment to the parliamentary secretaries of the reshuffled second Koizumi Cabinet and a commemorative photograph was taken at the Prime Minister's Official Residence. In regard to the parliamentary secretaries of the reshuffled second Koizumi Cabinet, 26 members, including one who remained from the previous administration, were decided at the extraordinary Cabinet meeting on September 30. On the same afternoon, Prime Minister Koizumi delivered the letters of appointment at the Prime Minister's Official Residence and a commemorative photograph was taken. The first meeting of the parliamentary secretaries was held thereafter.
