Prime Minister Appoints Senior Vice-Ministers Wednesday, September 29, 2004 Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi attended an attestation ceremony of the senior vice-ministers of the reshuffled second Koizumi Cabinet at the Imperial Palace and a commemorative photograph was taken at the Prime Minister's Official Residence. In regard to the senior vice-ministers of the reshuffled second Koizumi Cabinet, 22 members, including one who remained from the previous administration, were decided at the extraordinary Cabinet meeting on September 29. On the same night, an attestation ceremony was held at the Imperial Palace, followed by a commemorative photograph being taken with the senior vice-ministers surrounding Prime Minister Koizumi at the Prime Minister's Official Residence. The first meeting of the senior vice-ministers was held thereafter.
