1. Continue to collect the local information and share it among the relevant ministries as necessary and sufficiently.
2. Make further efforts to protect Japanese expatriates and travelers.
3. Make preparations to dispatch an emergency rescue mission and to provide emergency relief supplies if requested by the Government of New Zealand.
