Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended a meeting of the Budget Committee of the House of Councillors.
During the meeting, Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Minister of Finance, explained the purpose of the two bills of the second supplementary budget for FY2011 (Article 2 of the General Account and Article 2 of the Special Account), and then the Prime Minister answered general questions from Committee members.
