Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended plenary sessions of the House of Representatives and the House of Councillors.

During the sessions, Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Minister of Finance, delivered a fiscal policy speech, and the Prime Minister answered questions from each party and faction.
