Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.

During the session, Mr. Banri Kaieda, Minister for Nuclear Incident Economic Countermeasures, explained the purpose of the bill to form a nuclear incident compensation support organization, and the Prime Minister answered questions on the bill from each party and faction.
