Prime Minister Naoto Kan held the fourth meeting of the Reconstruction Design Council in Response to the Great East Japan Earthquake at the Prime Minister's Office.

During the meeting, there were reports from Dr. Makoto Iokibe, Chair of the Council, and other Council members on their visits to Ofunato City and Rikuzentakata City on May 7, among other discussions.
