Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended a meeting of the Budget Committee of the House of Councillors.
During the meeting attended by all Cabinet members, Mr. Yoshihiko Noda, Minister of Finance, explained the reason for proposing the supplementary budget for FY2011, and then the Prime Minister answered general questions from Committee members.
