Prime Minister Naoto Kan received a courtesy call from the Sightseeing Ambassador of Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture, at the Prime Minister's Office.

After being handed a letter of request from Mr. Kazuhiro Tadokoro, Deputy Mayor of Kasama City, regarding the reconstruction following the Great East Japan Earthquake, the Prime Minister was presented with a bouquet of Alstroemeria and Gerbera, along with other items, from the Sightseeing Ambassador of Kasama City and others.
