Prime Minister Naoto Kan held the second meeting of the Reconstruction Design Council in Response to the Great East Japan Earthquake at the Prime Minister's Office.

During the meeting, there were reports on the discussion at the first subcommittee meeting and presentations from each prefectural governor and council members, in addition to discussion and other proceedings.
