Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the plenary session of the House of Representatives.
During the session, the Prime Minister offered a silent prayer for the victims of the Tohoku - Pacific Ocean Earthquake. Then the House voted for the bill on special measures for earthquake disaster response and related bills, which all passed.
