Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.
Continuing on from the previous day, the representatives of political parties posed their questions on the speeches of the Ministers of State. The Prime Minister answered questions on political leadership, economy, diplomacy, and other topics.
