Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors.
During the session, as in the meeting of the House of Representatives on the previous day, the Prime Minister reported on the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting held on November 13 and 14 in Yokohama, and answered questions from Diet members.
