Prime Minister Naoto Kan held the second meeting of the Council on the Realization of the New Growth Strategy at the Prime Minister's Office.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister gave instructions on the implementation of the 21 national strategic projects, the "Future City" (Comprehensive Special Zone) Initiative, and economic partnership agreements (EPAs).
