Prime Minister Naoto Kan attended the plenary session of the House of Councillors in the morning, and the plenary session of the House of Representatives in the afternoon.
During the sessions, the representatives of political parties posed their questions on the Prime Minister's policy speech, and the Prime Minister answered questions on foreign policy, the supplementary budget, and other topics.
