Prime Minister Naoto Kan received reports from Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) at the Prime Minister's Office.

At the debriefing session, the Prime Minister received reports from Ms. Mikiko Tsuge, who returned to Japan from Bolivia last year, and Mr. Tamotsu Kubota, who returned to Japan from Mozambique in 2006, on JOCV activities in each country, activities they have undertaken since their return to Japan to give back to local communities based on their volunteering experiences, and other contributions.
