CHIEF CABINET SECRETARY EDANO: First, I would like to report on one issue concerning shipping restrictions. Today, instructions were given to the Governor of Chiba Prefecture to place shipping restrictions on tea produced in Katsuura City, Chiba Prefecture in accordance with Paragraph 3, Article 20 of the Act on Special Measures Concerning Nuclear Emergency Preparedness.
