(On the dissolution of the House of Representatives and the schedule for the LDP presidential election)
I have been receiving questions about the dissolution and general election of the House of Representatives, but responding to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic remains my top priority all along. Under the current difficult circumstances, it is not appropriate to dissolve the House of Representatives.
With regard to the schedule for the LDP presidential election, I believe that it will be decided by the party.
