On July 24, 2021, the Prime Minister held meetings and other events at the State Guest House, Akasaka Palace, with foreign dignitaries visiting Japan on the occasion of the Opening Ceremony of the Tokyo Olympic Games.
The Prime Minister received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Serdar Berdimuhamedov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, followed by meetings with H.E. Dr. Zdravko Krivokapic, Prime Minister of Montenegro, H.E. Dr. Andrzej Duda, President of the Republic of Poland, H.E. Dr. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu, President of the Republic of Kosovo, H.E. Mr. Guy Parmelin, President of the Swiss Confederation, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research, H.E. Mr. Armen Sarkissian, President of the Republic of Armenia, and H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic. Afterwards, the Prime Minister attended a luncheon with H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic.
