Rear Admiral (Retired) Josaia Voreqe BAINIMARAMA, Prime Minister of the Republic of Fiji, H.E. Mr. Taneti MAAMAU, President of the Republic of Kiribati, Hon. James MARAPE, Prime Minister of the Independent State of Papua New Guinea, Hon. Bob LOUGHMAN, Prime Minister of the Republic of Vanuatu, and H.E. Mr. Surangel S. WHIPPS, Jr., President of the Republic of Palau, respectively.
