On June 12, 2021 (local time), the Prime Minister, who is visiting Cornwall in the United Kingdom to attend the G7 Summit in Cornwall, held a summit meeting with H.E. Dr. Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany.

In the afternoon, the Prime Minister attended a session on global health and then held a summit meeting with H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, followed by a group photograph session with the leaders of the G7 members and guest countries.
