On September 26, 2019 (local time), Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited Brussels in the Kingdom of Belgium.
On September 27, 2019 (local time), Prime Minister Abe attended the Europa Connectivity Forum, where he delivered a keynote speech. Prime Minister Abe then held a signing ceremony with H.E. Mr. Jean-Claude Juncker, President of the European Commission, during which, the leaders signed “The Partnership on Sustainable Connectivity and Quality Infrastructure Between Japan and the European Union.” Following that, Prime Minister Abe held a luncheon with President Juncker.
