On May 31, 2019, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe held a summit meeting with H.E. Tun Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, Prime Minister of Malaysia, at the Prime Minister’s Office. The leaders released a fact-sheet, “Japan-Malaysia Cooperation - Look East Policy Revisited in the New Era.”
