On March 29, 2019, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe visited a leading company of work style reform in Tokyo.

The Prime Minister visited the company’s cafeteria to hold conversations with the staff and then observe its work areas.

The Prime Minister said in his opening remarks before the conversations with company personnel,

“Next week, our work style reform will start in full-swing. We must strive to create a society that enables the people who will shoulder the age of the 100-year life society to choose from various work styles while in the first stage of life. Moreover, as we aim to realize sustainable growth and a society in which all citizens are dynamically engaged, work style reform is of truly tremendous importance.”
