Prime Minister Shinzo Abe attended the meeting of the Budget Committee and the Plenary Session of the House of Councillors.
During the Budget Committee meeting, there were general and closing questions on the third FY2016 supplementary budget. Afterwards, the Committee voted on and approved the supplementary budget.
Following that, in the plenary session of the House of Councillors, the House voted on and passed the third FY2016 supplementary budget.
