Instructions by the Prime Minister in Response to the Forest Fires Since March 23 (March 26, 9:00)

Dedicate maximum effort towards firefighting activities amongst relevant agencies such as fire departments and the Self-Defense Forces, to prevent the fire from further spreading.

Work closely with local governments to take the necessary actions for assisting in the evacuation of residents and ensuring a safe and comfortable evacuation environment.

As there is a risk of large-scale power outages due to the fires, work with local governments and electricity providers to ensure necessary preparations, such as providing information to residents and deploying power supply vehicles.
