The 30th Japan-EU Summit

On July 23, 2025, Prime Minister Ishiba held the 30th Japan-European Union (EU) Summit with H.E. Dr. António Luís Santos da Costa, President of the European Council, and H.E. Dr. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, at the Prime Minister’s Office.
Following a salute and guard of honor ceremony, the three leaders held a summit meeting, which was followed by a joint press occasion. The day concluded with a working dinner.
